This project began with a promise. Korean brand Genesis at the end of 2019 presented two new car models, the G80 and GV80, and met the high consumer interest in a test drive. Therefore, the brand promised to make it possible as early as 2020. However, a lockdown came up and Genesis could bring only 5 cars to the only brand’s showroom in Moscow, in the sales area of which there could be only 4 people at the same time. The consumer’s insight: ” In Vladivostok (or in any other Russian city) I always have no opportunity to get to know the new model in the same time as a consumer from Moscow. It is always later.”

The brand wanted to give everyone an equal opportunity, so it was decided to develop branded video content in Full HD quality (8K) to review the details of each car from anywhere in Russia online. And also live consultations saved the VIP-service. Thus, consumers had a new user experience in the online and felt the same atmosphere of exclusivity as if they were in a showroom offline.
