In 2017, the group of companies «Prosveshchenie», the largest educational holding in Russia, participated in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum for the first time. Our team, as the organizer of such participation, had a large-scale task: to strengthen the positioning of the group of companies «Prosveshchenie» and to emphasize that education is the most important driver of the country’s development.
The first day of SPIEF-2017 was marked by the opening of an innovative stand of the «Prosveshchenie» Group. The theme of neural connections, which underlies the architecture and design of space, has become a metaphorical reflection of the processes of cognition and the digital economy.
The topic of the development of education in our country, as well as current trends and prospects, were discussed at a meeting between the President of the group of companies «Prosveshchenie» and the Minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation as part of the business breakfast organized by us «Education in the regions: costs or investments?». The governors of the largest regions of Russia became participants of the breakfast.

The second day’s issue was: «Revolution in education. Are we ready?» The panel session’s agenda was developed by our team and the Higher School of Economics, it brought together the leaders of large international companies, Russian government officials and leading industry experts.
The linchpin of the project was modern multimedia content presented at the booth, panel session and business breakfast.
Awareness about the participation of the group of companies «Prosveshchenie» in SPIEF as a result of a large-scale PR campaign exceeded all planned indicators. Numerous journalists visited the booth to cover the ceremonies of signing treaties and agreements. In turn, the leaders of the group of companies «Prosveshchenie» were invited to live broadcast studios of Russian TV channels and radio stations.
